If you're looking for a child-lock type feature, you can use the built-in Windows lock screen.

Follow these steps:

1. Press WIN+i on your keyboard.
2. Click "Accounts" on the left side menu.
3. Click "Sign-in options" on the right side.
4. Click "Password"
5. Click "Add"
    

From there, you should be able to log out of Windows and then you'll see the password entry screen. Restarting will also land you at the password screen.
